We stopped here for dinner to wait for traffic to clear up. It was my first time and it was awesome. Staff was super friendly and the sushi was really good. It was pricey but worth the money.

Hide Sushi is fantastic sushi. Always fresh and clean and inventive, as well. Expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Hide won't please the more particular devotees of edomae sushi, especially not the San Fran sushi nuts who favor tradition over all else. At this price, it doesn't have to. The fish is fresh, the staff are incredibly experienced, and the raucous atmosphere makes it clear that this is a neighborhood hangout. You might have to ask a server for something of your own accord, and you need to bring cash. It's worth it.

Terrible sushi. I'm always shocked how many people are eating in there. If you have sushi literally any other place in LA, you'd be better off.

First saw this place all over Instagram since their presentation is A1 with their boxes. The place is really small, could fit about only 6 tables. When we walked in, it was pretty empty. But that meant our service was excellent! Took me a while to write this review so I'm unsure of the prices.
